The room I got was small but cozy, had a fridge which was convenient, and I loved how the bedding was soft and plush. I always found myself waking up refreshed because the bed was just that comfortable, and breakfast was a big hit with the kids-waffle station, you know! :)

My recent stay at Raincross Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from downtown Riverside, making it easy to access various dining and shopping options. My room was well-appointed with a fridge, a large flat-screen TV, and coffee/tea making facilities. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the refurbished bathroom was both modern and functional. In addition, the staff, particularly Jeff, provided exceptional service, assisting with everything from travel advice to promptly replacing door batteries.

The cable TV options were abundant, giving me plenty to watch during my downtime. The large compact refrigerator in the room was also a thoughtful touch, perfect for storing snacks. Restaurants next door made dining easily accessible.

However, communication issues regarding late checkout caused confusion. The staff's policies felt a bit rigid, impacting our overall experience.

Noise levels from street traffic and nearby activities can be a real nuisance, especially if your room is near the vending area or ice machine. Air conditioning units can be less effective, and I've encountered issues with faulty smoke alarms during my stay. The lack of microwaves in the room may not be a dealbreaker for everyone, but it’s a handy feature I missed. Also, some areas seem a bit dated and could use a refresh.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay! The room was incredibly clean, with a firm bed and quality sheets, and the amenities were just what I needed for my night. Plus, I loved the hot shower and excellent coffee for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!
